I get Maximum number of application instances reached when I run the software, what should I do?

Solution This message is generated if the software is run from two different computers or the software is run on the same computer more than once (this can happen by mistake - ie. multiple clicks on the software icon to start the software can also generate this error)

The solution is simple
1- make sure that if you are working on a company computer that no one else is accessing the software while you do
2- if the above doesn't solve the problem please re-start your computer then run the software again and this should solve this problem
